it can be seen that the figures are deliberately confusing as they appear on the Unity bill below

to disguise the fact that your total variable water usage is costing you $170.15 while your total access charge is costing you even more at $189.60 ( = total $359.75) Same difference!? - not quite

you can eliminate the water charge by filtering ( and UV treating ) your own rainwater collected in tanks and save that $170.15!!! or ( $56.71 per funny month) for the year or $751.85
